Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your 100m² account and what data is removed. You can delete the account yourself, in the app or on the website — no request needed.

Deleting in the app

1. Open the 100m² app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Open the menu and choose Delete account.
4. Confirm.

Deleting on the website

1. Sign in at 100-kvadrata.rs.
2. Open Profile, then the menu in the top right corner.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

The account is deleted immediately. You will no longer be able to sign in with the same credentials, and the deletion cannot be undone.

If you no longer have access to your account

Email office@100-kvadrata.rs from the address you registered with, using the subject “Delete account”. We process requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

• your account and sign-in details (email address)
• your profile: username, name, bio, social links and profile picture
• all of your listings, including their photos and videos
• messages you sent and their attachments
• comments, likes, saved listings and saved searches
• your device push notification token

Deleting individual data

You do not have to delete the whole account. You can delete an individual listing, together with its photos and videos, and edit or remove details on your profile. To have other data deleted without closing your account, email office@100-kvadrata.rs.

What we keep

Reports other users filed about your account are kept for platform safety, without data that identifies you. We may also retain data longer where the law requires it.
